20ft Lubestation Lubricant Dispensing Containers
We have a range of standard Lubestation units (see below drop down selection). Our Lubestations are also fully customisable and can be fitted with any configuration of oil, coolant and grease dispensing pumps and equipment plus waste oil evac.
Designed in accordance with AS1940 for fast, easy and contamination-free lubricant dispensing on mining and construction sites, Lubestations are a simple design, fitted with high-quality pumping equipment for fast and reliable mobilisation on any site.

Standard Design Features;
- Store completely fitted ready to use, simply load and connect supply items and connect compressed air
- Personnel access along back of IBC storage area for access to connect pumps and carry out maintenance on pumping & filter equipment
- Full Side Access Doors for ease of access and forklift loading and unloading of IBC’s
- Spill Containment Bund in accordance with requirements of AS1940, with two drains for safe disposal of spills
- Free flow Louver Ventilation to suit ventilation requirements of AS1940 with dust filtration to minimise ingress of air-born dust and other contaminants
- Earth Stake and mounting point
- Flexible hose plumbed between fluid outlets and pumps and between pumps and supply items, with quick release fittings to bottom draw IBC connections.
- Quick release camlock fittings on all regularly used fittings
- Stainless steel air lines plumbed to pumps within store to one external quick coupling for connection of compressed air on site, incorporates one standard inline condensate filter assembly
- Stainless steel isolation valves on compressed air lines to pumps
- Includes relevant warning and safety signage
- All pumped products will be labelled for easy identification when loading and decanting
- Unit to be relocated only when empty, supply items and non-permanent fixtures to be removed from store prior to transport.
