Lubestation Skids are designed to dispense your oils, greases and fluids safely and easily. Designed and fabricated for mining, civil and construction environments. Perfect for lubricants and fluids in workshops or loading onto trucks for field service and shutdown applications.
Design Configuration:
- Designed for pumping grease from 1 x 180-220kg drum
- 1 x Graco 50:1 air operated piston pump, with lid follower system
- Air filter regulator & lubricator combination kits and thermal relief kits
- On/Off lever valve for air isolation
- 1 x Real Ezy 20m x 12mm spring rewind hose reel
- 1 x manual grease dispensing hand piece
- 4 way forklift pockets for easy relocation
- Engineer certified for lifting when loaded with drum
- High quality painted finish: Silver
Supplied ready for operation on site, simply load and connect supply items and connect compressed air.
Standard Design Features:
- Tie down lugs for securing drum to skid
- 250 Litre bund capacity exceeds requirements of AS1940-2017
- Flexible hose plumbed between fluid outlet on pump to hose reel
- Quick release fittings on all regularly used connections
- Air lines plumbed to pumps to one external quick coupling for connection of compressed air
- Includes relevant warning and safety signage
