Our Hose Assembly Containers are used on mine site as specialised workshops for making hydraulic hose assemblies. Hose Assembly Containers can be supplied fully fitted out ready for work onsite.

- Weatherproof IP65 entry socket
- DCB IP65 with weatherproof cover, incl. individual breakers, mainswitch RCD controlled
- 3 x 1 phase 10A double GPO above workbench
- 1 x 3PH 20A GPO for the crimping machine
- 1 x 1PH GPO for the cutting saw
- 1 x industrial fume exhaust fan mounted in side wall
- 1 x 5kW spilt system aircon installed on wall above workbench, outside unit mounted in recessed box beneath workbench
- 1 x PA door installed
- Full width dividing wall set back from main container doors
- 5 x holes cut in wall for access to hose within the container, with rubber to protect hose
- Floor Roller Assembly for 5 x rolls of hose, accessed from main container doors
- Size of reel: 600mm dia. x 360mm wide each
- 4600mm long x 1500mm high Louvre Panel mounted on long wall opposite to Workbench
- 1 x Heavy Duty Plain Workbench installed to one side
- 2500mm long x 700mm deep
- Steel benchtop with 50mm wide angle channel along the front
